Software Updates

The latest versions of the software are always available in the "Software Updates" section of this page. We will send out an email with installation instructions when we feel that the newest versions will benefit all of our customers. If you are experiencing any problems, please cross reference the version of the software you are running with the version information on this page to determine if your problem has been addressed in the associated release. If so, please update your system before contacting tech support. Thank you.

You may download the most current installation files from the following link. Extract the files to the PTRAQ/Install directory on the server.

Q: I am missing an OCX or a DLL file.

The following is a partial list of OCX and DLL files that are required to run the P-DAQ system. Download them and register/install them as in the following:

comdlg32.ocx - save to System32.
MSCOMCTL.OCX - save to System32.
mscomm32.ocx - save to System32.
MSWINSCK.OCX - save to System32.
nidaq32.dll - save to System32, and register using regsvr32 command from run prompt.
MSINET.OCX - save to System32, and register using regsvr32 command from run prompt.
tabctl32.ocx - save to System32.
MSMAPI32.ocx - save to System32.
ssdw3a32.ocx - save to Program Files\PDAQ.
ssdw3b32.ocx - save to Program Files\PDAQ.
IGResizer40.ocx - save to System32.
IGThreed40.ocx - save to System32.
smtp40.ocx - save to System32.
HTTP.ocx - save to System32.
NASXML.dll - save to System32.
NASDE.dll - save to System32.
tnt40.ocx - save to System32.

Q: Where to I obtain the PDF995 installer?

PDF995 is a third party PDF generator that is used within P-TRAQ to generate PDF reports. You can download the installer from the following link:
